Returns and refunds policy

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the distance-selling legislation, unless exceptions apply.

The item must be unused and in its original packaging where applicable. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The buyer pays the return shipping cost if an item needs to be sent back.

Shipping costs, where applicable, are not refunded.

Sale and discounted items, both in store and online, cannot be returned or exchanged.
